- immediately call the Rescue Board emergency call number 112;
- if possible, apply initial fire extinguishing measures, using the basic fire extinguishing equipment at your disposal (fire extinguisher, water, sand);
- if this is impossible, leave the premises, close the doors after you (do not lock);
- meet the fire-fighting unit arriving first at the location, give them essential information (location of people, water mains, explosive substances, electrical switchboards, etc.);
- after the fire organise guarding of the scene, if necessary, in collaboration with the relevant services;
- notify the insurer as soon as possible, co-ordinate any subsequent actions with the loss adjustor;
- keep the scene intact for the purpose of establishing the cause of the fire;
- notify the management company, the owner of the building.
