- find the cause of the water damage, try to shut off the pipeline;
- if this attempt is unsuccessful, call the emergency team of the building management company;
- if this is impossible, call the emergency call number of the Rescue Board 112, and act in accordance of the instructions given;
- notify the neighbours, co-workers, the owner of the event;
- promptly start cleaning and drying up the premises, evacuate your property or protect it with plastic film;
- call the insurer and agree on the time of inspection.
