Losses suffered by customers of Salva Kindlustus are adjusted by Salva Kahjukäsitluse OÜ.
The quality of loss adjustment is one of the key criteria allowing customers to assess an insurance company. The loss adjustment office, which started transacting business in December 1997, was established in order to make the procedures following any insured event as flexible, swift and customer friendly as possible.
